How can I be more orgnaized and keep a cleaner home?

Anyone have any tips how I can be more organized in life? Things like bills, chores, events mainly just everything in general. Also my house is not a roach infested hole in the wall but I would love to keep a cleaner home. Any tips on that as well. Thanks in advance.
Take it step by step! Do not try to clean everything at once it can be overwhelming, and you will end up giving up. Set a day to go shopping and buy things to organize with, things like little metal baskets to put in drawers. In my house we use to have junk drawers, but when you have baskets you can organize pencils and other junk. Keep your bills all together in a spot that you sit and work at (the home office is a good place) and keep them in a letter holder. Hope That Helps
