Lately, I get a temporary sore throat when I use cleaning products?

I just noticed this yesterday as I was cleaning up the kitchen with 409.. Yuck.. And then again when I was scrubbing the tub with a Clorox product…
I even mixed the bottles with water because they seemed too concentrated.. Still got a sore throat though..
This is all so confusing because "Green" products are so expensive.
I noticed that too. The green products are expensive. Well, you know us females, we need for things to be clean and germ free, I suggest going to the drug store and buy those surgical masks to use while cleaning. Something I’m going to start doing, because I already have lung damage, so I’d hate to hear that you develop something like I have.
you can make your own cleaning stuff.
Baking soda mixed with Lemon juice can be used to srub pots and pans and even the tub (do on a small spot to make sure you don’t make scratches)
Diluted white vinegar in a spray bottle can clean counters, floors, even windows.
