Yea, I would use them! But there are some really great home remedies (cheaper ones too). . . go over a couple of cleaning products that you cant go without…. me its windex and pledge. No matter what I NEED Pledge, I cant stand dust and it works really great.
For my tiles in my bathroom (lemon juice, sea salt) The lemon juice acts as an acidic to clean the grout and tile and the sea salt acts as a abrasive to scrub away the grim too… plus it smells sooooo good.
The other basics like baking soda in fridge and in laundry- YES.
Borax and a scrubber – Cleans toilets better than any product on the market I SWEAR.
Vinegar and water – I DONT use that on my hardwood floors – it can really mess with the finish. But i do use it on all surfaces (counters, cleaning the microwave, stove etc.)
I also use bleach and water for cleaning surfaces too.
Salt and hairspray and surprising ingredients to get out blood stains on carpet and juice stains as well.
I know I went off – some eco some not – but household products work really well too!
